Torsten Maschke
Member of the Executive Board
Torsten Maschke was born in Ibbenbüren in 1969. After almost four years of training as a technical draughtsman, he studied mechanical engineering at Münster University of Applied Sciences and graduated in 1994 with a degree in engineering. He then went on to study industrial engineering, which he successfully completed in 1996. Torsten Maschke started his career in sales at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies straight after graduating. He worked there until 2016 and held various management positions during this time. In October 2016, the current RENOLIT Executive Board member moved to the Datwyler Group in Switzerland, where he spent five successful years as a member of the Executive Management and CEO of the Sealing Solutions division. Torsten Maschke has been on the Supervisory Board of Elastofirm since February 2022, where he is still a member of the Supervisory Board today. From February to October 2024, he was also a member of the Management Board of Prettl Industrie Holding until he joined the RENOLIT Group as a member of the Management Board on October 1, 2024. From January 2025, Torsten Maschke will be responsible for the Interior Surfaces and Composites Market Units in his role as a member of the Management Board.
Torsten Maschke is married and has two sons. He loves playing golf and skiing. He also enjoys traveling with his family.
