The corporate bodies of RENOLIT SE

As a European company, RENOLIT SE is managed according to the dualistic principle:
The Executive Board manages all business and is monitored by the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board is made up of four employer representatives and two employee representatives. An additional body, the Works Council, fulfils the employees' rights to information, consultation, co-determination and other cross-border involvement.
