RENOLIT celebrates Family Day 2024 in Worms
Over 4000 guests visit the production site
Worms, 11 July 2024 – Last Saturday, RENOLIT opened its doors at the Worms site for a special occasion: Family Day 2024. Employees and their families and friends took the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at the company and experience a day full of information and fun. Over 4,000 guests visited in total, including the owner families Lang and Fischer.
RENOLIT offered a varied programme combining an open day and a funfair. Guests learnt about the various products and their applications - from window profile films and pool films to a wide range of products for office supplies. Highlights included a live demonstration by the Visual Communication market unit, in which experts wrapped a vehicle on site and presented the variety of vehicle finishing options. Visitors were also able to view a campervan to discover the applications of the Interior Surfaces Films market unit.
The guests were welcomed by Chief Executive Officer Michael Kundel, the General Manager of the production site Dr. Michael Bätz and Works Council Chairman Reinhard Westhäuser. Michael Kundel emphasised the importance of Family Day: Our employees are the heart of our company. With the Family Day, we want to express our thanks to them and their families for their daily commitment. It was great to see how much fun our guests had at the event and how interested they were in our products and our work. "
Visitors had the opportunity to take part in production tours, visit the printing and extrusion facilities and learn more about RENOLIT's sustainable approach, for example. Entertainment was provided by fairground attractions such as a Ferris wheel, bouncy castles and a carousel. There was also food, drink and a big tent with music.
Dr. Michael Bätz was delighted with the event: "It's impressive to see how many families are here today and are interested in our work. The Family Day is a great opportunity to show our relatives what we do every day and how diverse our products are."
