Extrusion Modeling Technology (EMT)

EMT uses Co-extrusion – a process in which two or more polymers that are extruded and joined together in a feed block or die to form a single structure with multiple layers. This technique allows us to combine the desirable properties of multiple polymers into one structure with enhanced performance characteristics.

For example, our new RENOLIT IVFLEX is a film that offers high flexibility and strength at the same time, and a superior drop test performance. The film can be used for small and large solution bags. It is made of multiple nano layers of PP powered by EM-Technology and is fully recyclable.
