İcra Kurulu Başkanı
1964'te Worms'ta doğan Michael Kundel, 1988'de Worms Uygulamalı Bilimler Üniversitesi İşletme Bölümü'nden mezun oldu. Eğitimini tamamladıktan sonra Rütgerswerke AG'de çeşitli görevlerde bulundu. Michael Kundel 1993 yılından bu yana RENOLIT için çalışmaktadır. Altı yılı aşkın bir süre Kontrol Müdürü olarak görev yaptıktan sonra İspanya'daki RENOLIT Hispania S.A. şirketinin Genel Müdürü olmuştur. Michael Kundel 2003 yılında RENOLIT'in Worms'taki merkezine geri dönmüş ve 2008 yılında Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı olarak atanana kadar Yönetim Kurulu üyesi olmuştur. Yönetim Kurulu faaliyetleri çerçevesinde aşağıdakilerden sorumludur Exterior Solutions ve Visual Communication Pazar Birimlerinin yanı sıra RENOLIT Grubunun bazı Kurumsal Birimleri.
Derneğin çalışmaları Michael Kundel için büyük önem taşıyor. Sekiz yılını başkan olarak geçirdiği IVK Avrupa yönetim kurulunda 20 yıl boyunca görev yapmıştır. Ayrıca uzun yıllar EuPC ve VinylPlus programının yönetim kurulu üyeliğini yapmıştır. Dört yıl boyunca EuPC'ye başkanlık etmiştir. Aynı zamanda IHK Rheinhessen Başkan Yardımcısı ve Lebenshilfe e.V. Worms Danışma Kurulu üyesidir.
Michael Kundel, RENOLIT dışında spor yapmaktan ve okumaktan hoşlanmaktadır. Aynı zamanda eşi ve çocuklarıyla vakit geçirmekten ve onlarla seyahat etmekten hoşlanan bir aile babasıdır.
